Cancellation is possible with full refund of money not later then 24 hours before pick up date and time. In case of late cancellatio we can send you an invoice if you need to refund money from your airline, operator or insurance company.
You can pay by card through our website, it's the easiest way. In most our cars card payment is also possible but it's necessary to notify us that card payment is needed so that we could make sure the driver has card machine. And there is option for the driver to pass by our office in Budva and you can pay there (you won’t waste your time, because almost all roads lead through Budva). VISA and MASTER are acceptable.
Yes, we have standard passengers insurance in case of accident.
All our cars are non smoking. But for longer trips you can ask the driver to stop for few minutes.
Yes, but only for rides startig from Budva teritory as that's our base city.
